The National Institute for Locomotor Disabilities (Divyangjan) erstwhile known as National Institute for the Orthopedically Handicapped (NIOH) is an apex organization in the area of locomotor disability, established in 1978. It is a premier institution amongst the top ranked college in the Physiotherapy/Occupational therapy and Prosthetic & Orthotic and functioning as an autonomous body under the Department of Disability Affairs, Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Government of India.
